I am Stacey Jordan, a Furniture Artist based in Newcastle – a regional city 2 hours north of Sydney, Australia.

​

I have been married for 32 years, and have 3 adult children and 3 gorgeous grandchildren.

​

I feel I was created to create, and art has been part of my life as long as I can remember.

​

I have had a few changes in direction in my working career. I have been a Preschool Teacher and Director, and have spent the last two decades working as a cake decorator in our family Bakery.

​

But Art has always been my passion-

And so I returned to University to Study Natural History Illustration. Botanical Illustration has always been my first love and I often hand paint botanical subjects on my furniture.

I began painting furniture in 2018, and soon realized I had found the perfect canvas for my imagination. I love to paint layers of colour, texture and  hand painted designs.

I am so blessed to be an Exclusive Content Creator for Dixiebelle Paint Company and Woodubend Mouldings. I continue to experiment and grow my skills as I teach Live on the  Dixiebelle Pages.

I love talking all things furniture and connecting with other creatives, teaching new techniques, answering questions and coming up with one of a kind creative ideas.
